1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [registered company name], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [number]), registered office [registered address] ("Blabing", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the Blabing app, the website at blabing.com and any related services.
By creating an account or using Blabing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Blabing.
2. Who can use Blabing
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blabing. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you, and your account will have stricter privacy settings by default (see our Privacy Policy). You can't use Blabing if we have previously banned you.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date so you can activate your account and reset your password.
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away at support@blabing.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Your username must not impersonate another person or organisation, or be offensive.
4. Acceptable use
Blabing has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not use Blabing to:
- harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone
- share content that is illegal, sexually exploits or endangers children, promotes terrorism or violence, or is hateful towards people because of who they are

- spread malware, or try to hack, overload or reverse-engineer Blabing
- impersonate others or mislead people about who you are
- infringe anyone's copyright, trade marks or other rights
- create accounts with automated tools, or buy, sell or transfer accounts
If you break these rules we may remove content shared with us, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban your account, and report illegal activity to the police or other authorities.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can block any user and report any user, message or group directly in the app. When you report something, the reported messages are shared with us so we can review them. We aim to review reports within [24 hours] and act on content that breaks these terms, including removing it and banning the user responsible.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999.
6. Your content
You own the messages, photos, voice notes and other content you share on Blabing. You give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit and display your content only as needed to run Blabing for you and the people you share it with. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems.
Your conversations are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't see their content unless it's shared with us in a report. You're responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.
7. Blabing Plus and payments
- Free: messaging, group chats and voice calls are free.
- Blabing Plus costs £0.99 a month (including VAT) and adds the extra features described in the app and on our pricing page.
- Free trial: new subscribers can try Plus free for 7 days. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will start and you'll be charged £0.99 a month.
- Billing: subscriptions are bought and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on your store account, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You'll keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
- Price changes: we'll tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account › Delete account in the app. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if your account has been inactive for more than [24 months]. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and explain why.
9. Changes to the service
We're always improving Blabing, so features may change. If we remove a Plus feature you've paid for in a way that significantly affects you, we'll tell you and you can cancel. We aim to keep Blabing available at all times but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Our liability to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for content shared by other users.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms and how to contact us
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Blabing after that, you accept the updated terms.
